He is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering, the Royal Aeronautical Society and the Institute of Mechanical Engineers.
Morgan Bazilian
Director of the Payne Institute for Public Policy and Professor at the Colorado School of Mines. Previously, Bazilian was Lead Energy Specialist at the World Bank, a senior diplomat at the United Nations and the EU’s lead negotiator on technology at the UN climate negotiations. He is also a member of Ireland’s Climate Change Council. Bazilian holds a Ph.D in energy systems.Â
